Welcome to Rotary Club of Southport
PO Box 84, Southport, QLD, Australia, 4215

Using the menu on the left, you can find out more about what we do.

We are a part of Rotary International, which is the world's largest service organisation.

Object of Rotary

The Object of Rotary is to encourage and foster the ideal of service as a basis of worthy enterprise and, in particular, to encourage and foster:

1st: The development of acquaintance as an opportunity for service;

2nd: High ethical standards in business and professions, the recognition of the worthiness of all useful occupations, and the dignifying of each Rotarian's occupation as an opportunity to serve society;

3rd: The application of the ideal of service in each Rotarian's personal, business, and community life;

4th: The advancement of international understanding, goodwill, and peace through a world fellowship of business and professional persons united in the ideal of service.

All clubs have various committees each of which provide a different type of service, more information is available from the committees pages.

If you are a Rotarian visiting the area, you will be made welcome at one of our meetings - check the venue and programme pages for further details.
